TTS Mastertune
As the technology in Harley-Davidson motorcycles continues to become more and more sophisticated, it becomes even more important to be sure that your investment is running at its best. With the rapid growth of performance upgrades in the Harley community, it is important that we understand the need for tuning based on YOUR motorcycle’s needs and combination of parts.
At GMHD, we utilize the most comprehensive tuning software available on the market today. TTS Mastertune is a tuning interface that allows our technicians to optimize the volumetric efficiency of YOUR motor based on the modifications that have been made.
Our tuning process is very easy on the motorcycle and allows us to get within about 3 horsepower of what is being produced on the dyno. Our tuning software is not a piggy back device that stays on your motorcycle. This eliminates the possibly of failure down the road.
TTS Mastertune allows us to manually alter the tables used in the ECM to calculate fuel delivery, and spark timing, amongst many others. Anytime the airflow through the motor is altered it is necessary to recalibrate the ECM to prolong the life of your bike and prevent engine damage.
The most important tool in the tuning of your bike is the people doing the tuning. At GMHD our technicians thoroughly understand the sophisticated Delphi fuel injection system used in H-D motorcycles, and can give you and your motorcycle the ride of your life!
